+ Batching of lab-scale formulations
+ Setting up and monitoring stability studies for lab-scale and production trial samples of formulations and finished product
+ Test and evaluate products and prototypes, comparing to benchmarks or competitor products, makes product samples for key customer requirements, laboratory evaluation, efficacy and consumer testing
+ Analyzes data and prepares technical reports and summaries
+ Plans and supports product scale up, line trials, and generates trial reports and recommendations
+ Writes product and raw materials specifications and technical supporting documents
+ Analyses competitor products and evaluates raw materials used
+ Plans own workload to ensure tasks, objectives, and key deliverables completed on time and in full
+ Supports the development and launch of multiple new products, with minimal supervision
+ Able to lead cross-functional teams, while representing R&D
+ Education: University Degree in Science or Engineering required. Masters an advantage
+ 3 - 5 years of work experience in a R&D laboratory
+ Formulation knowledge and good understanding of chemical interactions
+ Ability to generate and follow manufacturing instructions for lab-scale formulations
+ Capability to translate research and development data into technical reports
+ Previous experience with wipes is advantageous
+ Experience with FDA drug products is a plus
+ Demonstrate the capability to formulation and maintain accurate record keeping of activities and actions
+ Ability to perform multiple project objectives in a timely manner
+ Ability to adapt quickly to changing project focus and priorities
+ Capacity to develop formulation, documentation, and communication skills with a desire to take on more responsibilities
+ Aptitude to effectively communicate and cooperate with other team members and cross-functional teams
+ Capability to manage multiple projects as R&D lead on cross-functional Core team
+ Previous experience in a R&D lab is required
+ Ability to support key projects through the product development process
+ Ability to batch lab-scale quantities of specified formulations
+ Ability to work on multiple projects of varying complexity
+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Team player
+ Good organizational skills and time management skills
+ Ability to compile and maintain product Design History Files (DHF)
+ Computer literate (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
