We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as The Program Management Specialist, Mid-Level will provide support to the Navy's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) and their subordinate organizations. This role will support PEO-EIS and associated PMOs in successfully accomplishing objectives and providing support to PEO-EIS Executive Office and its associated PMO Program Managers (PMs), Deputy Program Managers (DPMs), Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs), and Assistant Program Managers (APMs).
Coordinate and assist the Government with monitoring performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements. Assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance. Coordinate budget, costing, acquisition and contract input for program/project cost, schedule and performance estimates and draft work products. Assist in program/project prioritization via the project prioritization process. Assist in preparation and coordination of internal and external Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and briefings to provide the Program Manager with a comprehensive view Budget execution against current Spend Plan(s), Quarterly work accomplishments and outstanding work, Upcoming quarter work efforts, Estimates at Completion and Challenges and Issues. Support acquisition programs to ensure on time delivery of enterprise IT solutions. These duties include Additional duties as assigned.
Three years of demonstrated experience in DoD Program Management and Acquisition Management for ACAT programs across the acquisition life cycle Analysis, writing, editing, problem solving, scheduling PowerPoint briefing development Knowledge of IT solutions acquisition processes Bachelors Degree from an accredited university Secret Minimal
