Must be experienced and successful with proper creation and vetting of submittals and RFI's, capable of reviewing and answering technical questions, cost estimating, scheduling, and providing quality control support. Must ensure work is performed as per plans and specifications and all work and changes are well documented. Capable of writing project performance and project financial update reports.

A minimum of 3 years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction. Work history in the federal and/or municipal sectors is advantageous. Experience with diverse federal projects a plus.
