Masonicare at Ashlar Village is one of the largest CCRCs in the state. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Director at a smaller IL or AL community to make the jump to a CCRC! You will work in collaboration with our Executive Director and will be an integral part of Masonicare's leadership team. The CCRC Director of Operations will assist the Executive Director of Ashlar Village with all aspects of program administration and operations within independent living, assisted living and memory care. This includes, but not limited to, assisting in the preparation of and adherence to budgets and development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of program services. The Director of Operations will strive to ensure the well-being of residents by coordinating services and providing residential support consistent with the philosophy of Masonicare s Mission, Vision, and Values. CCRC Director of Operations - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strives to assure the highest quality of life and services for all residents. Assist with Residency Agreements and other contractual obligations. Attains and/or maintains ongoing compliance with appropriate regulatory standards. Assists with the preparation and administration of the annual budget.Monitors and maintains cost control. Directly oversee management of assigned departments Collaborates with the Corporate Director of Support Services to provide oversight and direction to the Maintenance and Environmental Services departments. Makes an active contribution toward improving community relations, increasing positive public regard and overall awareness of residential services.Actively participates in community relations initiatives to assure continued community awareness on the benefits of the community. Maintains confidentiality. Reports to, consults with, and informs the Executive Director regarding activities, needs and issues related to the day-to-day operations at Ashlar Village. Takes on-call as assigned. Provides assistance in crisis situations when conflicts arise with service providers, family members, residents and others.
