Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and Chef Luciano Duco's team is looking for passionate, dedicated LINE COOKS who are eager to learn join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.
Our bustling corner restaurant has beenwelcoming New Yorkers morning, noon and night with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit and heartfelt cooking.
This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our growing hospitality family.
*Have excellent knife skills.
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
*Support their fellow cooks.
