KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Investment Intelligence Operations to join our Business Enablement Services organization.
* Support ongoing investment reporting process and ongoing review of the Business Case to Return on Investment (BC2ROI) standard reports and reporting tools, in order to provide insights with stakeholders * Manage and own operational support activities for BC2ROI, which include creating and maintaining users, resolving access issues, providing training and support to business stakeholders * Facilitate platform training for newly on-boarded user groups, including ownership and design of ongoing training and reference materials for platform enhancements and guidance documentation on best practices * Support development projects to design and implement new functionality in BC2ROI as part of the ongoing enhancements roadmap, including activities such as workshops, status meetings, and communications to stakeholders * Manage and resolve user issues, manage the BC2ROI functional mailbox and the day to day engagement and activities for offshore resources * Create ad-hoc reporting through high impact visualizations and structured information categorization
* Minimum five years of prior business/industry experience * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience * Strong analytical skills and ability to understand executive level reporting requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to design graphics, charts, and diagrams for reporting * Ability to demonstrate collaboration and knowledge-sharing in a virtual team environment * Able to prioritize and organize effectively in fast paced and ever changing environment
