START YOUR APPLICATION Position Purpose

We are seeking a Marketing Digital Campaign Manager to help our organization grow significantly across three global business segments: Commercial, Defense, and MRO. Your role will help us be more efficient, transparent and provide the ability for us to make more data driven decisions to help us reach our pipeline and sales goals. You will ensure that we re using the latest digital technology to amplify Erickson s services and our brand, both onsite and off, resulting in growth.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the ideation, execution and reporting of Erickson s marketing and sales campaigns ensuring that all marketing and sales activity are delivering against goal
  • Cross collaborates with sales, design, and corporate development, keeping our teams up to speed on deliverables, needs, and challenges
  • Provides monthly activity reports to show campaign progress and pipeline generation
  • Presents key findings to stakeholders with PowerPoint (or keynote) through data charts, graphics and verbal communication
  • Reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing, and together work on various projects that will help move the business forward, this will include (but not be limited to): SWOT analysis, market research, database health assessment, web/email optimizations, lead capture, email nurture, personalization, and data mining.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in advertising (or) campaign management (or) marketing strategy
  • College degree from an accredited university
  • Proven success managing an ad budget of $100k+ per year
  • Ability to manage the ideation to execution and reporting for up to 5 marketing campaigns at a time.
  • Power user of Pardot (or a similar marketing automation tool, ie: HubSpot or Marketo)
  • Power user of Salesforce
  • AdWords certified
  • Executed paid social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Familiar with ASANA (or similar ie: Basecamp)
  • Process driven
  • Analytical
  • Strong communicator (both written and verbal)
