Adept in managing production, distribution, and quality control initiatives. Demonstrated success leading process improvement programs to streamline operations, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and impact the bottom-line. International Leadership: Skilled at driving collaboration and culture change, creating an effective cross-functional environment with solid working relationships at all levels with external business partners. Respected leader and team builder with diverse global experience spanning the US, India, and Europe, focused on surpassing organizational objectives in technical life cycle management. Strategic Assessment & Facility Maximization: Expert at quickly evaluating, developing and initiating strategic and cost-effective solutions to improve quality, robustness of processes, and efficiency of product launches and production support. Lead teams that assess facility capacities and develop plans to consolidate operations significantly reducing overhead and improving COGS. Qualifications Solid technical and scientific education and professional experience in Pharmaceutical Sciences, preferable with focus on sterile manufacturing processes and formulations, aseptic manufacturing, terminal sterilized manufacturing, lyophilization processes, high shear mixing equipment and high-pressure homogenizer.
