David Yurman is currently seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our ecommerce organization. This position will be responsible for using s AEM Content Management System to effectively launch new campaigns and landing pages across DY s desktop and mobile sites and drive a best-in-class experience. This role will be the primary AEM user and will involve a large amount of executional input with the secondary goal of contributing to content strategy. The Content Specialist will partner with Creative and Technical teams to deliver high quality website and digital asset implementations, acting as the project lead ensuring key milestones are delivered by identifying and mitigating project risk and facilitating strong communications between internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background working on technical, operational and cross functional teams and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. The individual should possess an acute attention to detail, and the dedication to see projects through from start to finish with a high level of organization and sense of accountability. Partner with the Director, Ecommerce to understand brand / seasonal campaign initiatives and product introductions as defined in Content Calendar. Align on due dates for all content refreshes and work with the Creative team to make sure deadlines are met Assume leadership role in managing asset delivery as well as set-up and authoring process Execute the authoring of all site refreshes across all of David Yurmans global sites (US, Canada, France) Lead the QA process for new site content launches as well as the relationship with the Creative team Serve as the responsible party for ensuring all content and copy on is accurate and compliant of creative, business, and legal needs Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of content and images Collaborate with development team on fixes/enhancements to the AEM system, including helping to define technical requirements, liaising with Creative team when designs or Creative oversight is required and driving UAT of all changes to the platform Partner with SEO consultant to implement solutions that maximize our search engine optimization presence on Google and other search engines Manage upload and editing of store information (Find A Store) via 3rd party vendor admin tool Liaise with translation vendor to ensure that language options are translated in a timely fashion Perform regular competitive analyses to identify innovative content practices and recommend action items Perform regular site audits Must be extremely detail and solution oriented with the ability to not only execute a process from start to finish, but also be constantly thinking of ways to update and improve the current workflows Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to simultaneously manage several workflows without sacrificing deadlines Strong analytical skills a must
