Our client is offering the opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative insurtech startup as CRM Strategy & Execution Lead, an Associate Director responsible for prospect and customer development strategies that will optimize funnel ratios and support the Digital Marketing team?s sales volume and CPA targets
This position will support two recently launched, high-growth brands. Scope will span CRM and other lead development strategies and mastery of the platforms and technologies required to execute, analyze and optimize campaigns.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and Analytics and is critical to delivering projected growth and loyalty KPIs for both brands. This individual will work closely with a Digital Marketing Associate Director who leads digital media buying across all channels.
Primary responsibilities ? Develop and implement CRM and customer lifecycle marketing strategies that will improve the customer experience and drive engagement, conversion and loyalty across channels that may include email, SMS and direct mail ? Increase engagement and conversion through personalization, testing, and segmentation strategies ? Use program analytics to prioritize improvements to the customer experience and funnel ratios, and work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement strategies ? Manage creative agencies to ensure deliver of brand-aligned, impactful creative assets that will successfully attract and engage prospects and clients, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders on asset delivery ? Develop a deep understanding of the market and consumers to identify strategies to build the brand among consumers and prospects, and develop related branded content strategies and executions to increase awareness, consideration and conversion ? Deliver internal reports on prospect development and engagement strategies that will enable senior leadership to understand ongoing performance and recommendations ? Develop and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, including Product, Legal and Compliance, Engineering, and Operations / Customer Support ? Leverage understanding of CRM technologies and marketing technologies to execute responsibilities
Experience Requirements ? 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM and / or e-commerce and brand management, with a demonstrated track record of delivery against business goals ? Self-starter with the desire to meaningfully contribute to a growing organization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, deadline-oriented and accountable ? Deep understanding of the digital sales and marketing process, ideally with experience in experience executing prospect and customer development strategies against sales and CPA goals ? Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with A/B and multivariate testing ? Ability to understand and translate quantitative information into marketing recommendations ? Confidence and strong communications skills, with the ability to package and sell ideas to senior audiences ? An eye for detail that ensures all communications are aligned with brand and messaging strategies, and assets are developed to spec for implementation across channels ?
