Job Description
CACI International has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to provide Business Development Leadership and Account Management for our growing Operations Support and Services business in the Fort Gordon, Georgia geographic region. The Director of Business Development is involved in the development and execution of an overall growth strategy, pipeline generation, and new business awards targeted at growing the NSA-Georgia, ARCYBER, and Army Intel customer bases. Primary focus will be on the identification, development, qualification, and capture of large, strategic opportunities, valued at over $100M each, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$750M in annual opportunities.
What You'll Get to Do:
* Be responsible for winning new business associated with the National Security Agency-Georgia (NSAG), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and US Army 513th and 116th MIBs, focused on Operations Support and Services.
* Have a strong network of customer contacts and must be familiar with the customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership; develop comprehensive account plans; identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Develop, maintain, and continually progress a pipeline of strategically relevant business opportunities aligned with the Operations Support and Services market.
* Collaborate with partner companies, other CACI Sectors and within CACI Mission Operations and Support Sector staff to develop winning teaming strategies, support competitive analysis, develop prices analysis and bid winning solutions.
* Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support Executive Management decision making.
* Brief pursuit Milestone Reviews and IPRs to Sector Executive Leadership and other CACI Senior Executive Management Team members.
* Work with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs.
* Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of sector business growth goals and objectives.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
* 12+ years of IC, DoD, or Federal experience, with at least 8 years of business development in the Operations Support and Services market.
* The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Federal procurement process, and a demonstrated proficiency with Intelligence and Department of Defense strategy and acquisition plans.
* Knowledge of the DoD budget preparation and execution process.
* Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision.
* Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners; proven track record of building winning teams as well as successfully negotiating with potential team members as to roles and participation.
* Detailed insight into NSAG's, ARCYBER's, and the 513th/116th MIB's missions with emphasis on Operations Support and Services-related programs is required.
* Formal training in the Shipley capture process / Miller-Heimann Strategic Selling (or equivalent) Program is strongly desired.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree is desired.
* Current TS/SCI
