We are pleased to offer a 4 month Internship starting in September 2019 at BMW of North America, LLC.
Corporate Strategy and Process Management Intern
The intern will be supporting the Corporate Strategy and Process Management team, as well as coordinating with different departments within BMW Group.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting the definition and implementation of the BMW Group US Strategy.
Supporting the evaluation of different strategic scenarios and provision of management recommendations.
Drafting management presentations and strategy communication materials.
Supporting the facilitation and documentation of internal workshops.
Supporting the enhancement of the strategy project tracking tool.
Supporting the annual 3-Level-Target Management and Balance Score Card Process.
Supporting the Data Analytics Strategy.
Assisting in reviewing and documenting business processes and making recommendations to add controls and efficiency measures.
Supporting the enhancement of compliance and internal controls procedures.
Supporting projects in collaboration with business and IT departments with regards to requirements definition, project tracking, testing/training and Go-Live activities.
Creating communications and materials for policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
Enrolled in Bachelors or Masters studies or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date
Major or Minor in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Visionary and structured thinking.
Conscientious, organized, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team as well, attention to detail.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High IT and data affinity
Availability of four months
