Job Description Summary:

$12.50 per hour. The position is full time. You should be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Shift start times will vary between 3:00pm - 5:00pm until 11:30pm - 1:30am.

The Banquet Runner will coordinate the china, glass and silver needs for banquets. In addition they will deliver food to assigned areas and assist chefs with plating as needed.

Job Description:


  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Able to count accurately.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Willingness and ability to work hard labor.

  • Read Banquet Event Order’s (BEO’s) and pull sheets.
  • Create dish out and breakdown stations.
  • Communicate with Banquet Chef and Banquet Captain to make sure all needs are met.
  • Keep and maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized.
  • Stack and store dishes properly in their assigned areas.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen as needed.
  • Clean walls as needed.
  • Inspect and refill paper towels, and hand soap at all wash basins throughout the kitchen and in associate restrooms
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen during meal periods as needed and or as directed by a supervisor.
  • Removes trash discretely from public areas at appropriate times of low business and guest flow.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
