American Dental Partners, Inc. (ADPI) is looking for a dynamic recruiting leader to build a world-class internal talent acquisition function. In this role you will own the strategy, implementation and execution of all aspects of talent acquisition. Reporting to the VP, Organizational Development and as a member of the Human Resources leadership team, youll join a strategic and collaborative group that is deeply engaged with the business and recognized for adding value. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly collaborative, results oriented visionary and builder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide transformational leadership, which continually raises the bar and demonstrates strategic thinking in establishing a long-term plan that delivers business results.
Take responsibilities for implementing and managing the team, tools, strategies, and scalable processes to successfully meet ADPIs talent acquisition needs across multiple geographies and regions.
Partner with local affiliate leaders to implement recruiting practices and manage local recruiting efforts outside of the HQ office; remote recruiters may report direct line to their local leader and dotted line to Director of TA or vice versa.
Develop a high quality, purpose driven talent acquisition team that takes pride in being ambassadors for ADPI, and ultimately in the success of the candidates they bring into the recruiting process.
Leverage evolving sourcing channels and practices to reach the best candidates in multiple markets.
Develop and nurture talent pipelines for key positions that are regularly in demand and/or strategically important in order to shorten time to fill and attract strong talent.
Build credible, trusted relationships at all levels of leadership to understand business objectives, hiring needs and challenges.
Provide a superior candidate experience and level of service delivery for hiring managers/teams.
Implement best in class candidate selection practices; train and support hiring teams for success.
Facilitate team learning - reflect, learn, and adapt to continuously improve our practices and outcomes as the business and labor market dynamics evolve.
Recommend and manage recruiting tools, resources, and partnerships. Partner with HR operations on systems.
Demonstrated ability to engage, distribute and communicate Recruiting reports and analysis of search status and team metrics.
Manage employment agencies and search firms when needed, including negotiating and employment-related fees and terms.
Build ADPIs employment brand awareness and value.
Directly manage senior level searches as needed.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree required and 10 + years management experience in a TA capacity with proven success building a team, aligning resources, and leading with metrics to drive ROI and quality of hire within a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a successful track record of creative approaches to talent sourcing and building/nurturing talent channels for a range of relevant clinical roles and professional levels.
Demonstrated experience in building employment brands with measurable results.
Solid systems experience; has evaluated, selected, implemented, and managed tools and systems in support of talent acquisition and talent development.
Exceptional leadership and management skills; proven record of building productive, engaged, loyal teams and developing talent to higher levels of responsibility.
Excellent collaboration, relationship and consultative skills with demonstrated success building partnerships with internal and external contacts at all organizational levels in a matrixed environment.
Solution oriented and a clear and effective communicator and negotiator.
Financial acumen; has built and managed budgets and demonstrated ROI of talent acquisition investments.
15% national travel required.
